Social Media Amplification Strategy

Make Your Mark!

Amplification! The method by which people on social media "cross-pollinate" their messaging, connecting stakeholders in a post, then encouraging the supporters of each stakeholder to SHARE with the same lead-in statement.

For example, the People's Party candidate for Abbotsford-South Langley, Aeriol Alderking, posts a couple of photos of her delivering lawn signs to local supporters.

In her comment she makes a simple statement: "We are grateful for the courage of our People's Party supporters in Abbotsford-South Langley! Please follow us and Kevin Sinclair and Jeff Galbraith at www.fraservalley.ppc.ca!"

Then everyone who receives her post in their social media feed LIKES and SHARES that post to their profile with the lead-in statement, "I proudly support Aeriol Alderking for People's Party Member of Parliament for Abbotsford-South Langley. Please follow Aeriol Alderking, Kevin Sinclair, and Jeff Galbraith at www.fraservalley.ppc.ca!"

The result is an amplification of the original post by orders of magnitude.

Not only will your circles get the post, but your candidate's total exposure will be magnified by three since you are cross-pollinating with two other People's Party candidates.

People's Party supporters, please SHARE the posts that come across your social media feeds.
