Freedom: Use it or Lose it

Updated: 3 days ago

Canada, I will stand on guard for thee, to help keep our land glorious and free.

I did not want to join an established party to be a candidate as I would not meet their needs or expectations of :

-having allegiances to big money donors or

a secret society,

-a silver spoon trust fund, or

-having a post secondary degree in political science or the humanities.

My allegiance is to the nation of Canada as I remember her being, True, North, Strong, and Free.

I joined the PPC to do what I can to link up with other likeminded, more intelligent, and caring Canadians to turn our nation back to whence we came. A leading and prosperous country of the G7 and G20. We as hard working and intelligent Canadians deserve this honour. If we need to go it alone in a more meaningful and protective state, then so be it.

Instead it seems we are a country being led by the snout by unelected foreign and domestic entities which seem to be leading Canada out of control and into something we have never experienced before.

We have heard in our bygone days of education, stories of countries that were enveloped in a society of dictatorial regimes that led to the demise of their nations for decades. We have Canadians living here today who have survived and escaped from those regions to become loyal, hardworking Canadian citizens who are trying to tell us what they are seeing here today is exactly how it went down in their younger days. It is eerily familiar to them. We must be willing to heed their warnings and protect ourselves, preserve our rights and freedoms, and provide for a future for our posterity. We are in this together for all of our futures. We must stand together united, lest we fall divided.

In my thinking, as I have come to understand freedom is the ability to be, to do, to have and have a say in what you deem to be important to you, without violating the rights of others to do the same. It is the ability to come and go as you desire, to travel and explore beautiful, or historic or exotic places throughout the known world without violating the rights of others to do the same.

Freedom is peace of mind, joy of heart, good sound physical, mental, spiritual health for yourself and yours. It is the ability to have and enjoy a labour of love that provides and supports your dreams of financial independence and stability.

Seems every where we go today, everything we hear today, has to do with everyone else demanding their rights to be, do, and have and that others are the ones that have to be responsible to ensure that happens. Seems that those who demand rights don't understand that along with those rights come responsibility.

Some people believe that having an exorbitant amount of money, they will be free. Yet, are they truly free? There are those who have very little money who believe they are free. Freedom is a mindset.

Freedom in reality, is not free, it comes with a price tag of some form of sacrifice. Some form of action is required to ensure the level of freedom one desires. It is different for each and every one of us. To be honest, there is a degree of selfishness and authoritarianism to one's freedom. When it comes to our personal freedom, we are not supposed to just hand it over to any ole someone else for safekeeping. They may not have the same experiences a us. They may not truly understand where we are coming from and where we want to go. They may not have our best interests in mind. We have to find those like-minded people who have the same desires and dreams as we do. We may not always agree on the best course of action, yet when we have an understanding and reasonableness, we can ensure that we will end up closer to our overall objective.

Freedom is a team effort. Together we are stronger. Together we are better. Together we are freer. Together we are one. United we must stand for a common good. Freedom is the price paid by those who gave some and those who gave all. It is a sacrifice of giving up convenience for a better quality of life, a greater sense of well-being, and a higher standard of living

The People's Party of Canada (PPC) has a Platform of plans to tackle the issues of today's Canada for the future of Canada, for the hope of Canada, for the freedom of Canada, for the sovereignty of Canada and We the People.

For Freedom to be protected, preserved, and provided there has to be a responsibility of We the People to demand its governing system to ensure and enshrine it in a constitutional declaration to protect the rights and freedoms of it's citizens from dictatorial overlords.

Freedom requires diligence, tenacity, to be that which we were born to be, sovereign. Freedom requires We the People to be better at vetting potential representatives, instead of allowing centrists and elitist establishments tell us who we need to elect.

Freedom it is my right. Freedom is your right. Freedom is the right of We the People.
